Mr. Mersky earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the prestigious Stern School of Business at New York University. Upon graduation he was accepted to Brooklyn Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Mersky is admitted to the New York Bar as well as the Federal U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. David practiced commercial litigation as a trial lawyer in the greater New York City area prior to relocating to Arizona for an opportunity to explore the merchant services industry. In addition to conventional payment processing, David expanded into other financial services products and forged cross-marketing partnerships, eventually combining his background in marketing, law and merchant services. David brings his multi-faceted background and experience to Sibannac, as the company aggressively enters the alternative health and wellness space.
